GUEST INTERACTION

Checking into our beautiful corporate suites is extremely easy.  A member of Suite Connect staff will always be available to assist you with anything you may need throughout your stay.

Prior to arrival, guests will be provided with an email with detailed instructions to assist with their stay including directions, arrival and departure instructions.

To avoid check-in delays, we request our guests to provide a copy of their driver's license, passport and/or credit card by email, text message or message center. Upon receipt, you will receive a door remote access code to gain entry into the apartment suite.

   GUEST ACCESS

  • Guests will have access to the entire corporate rental, so make yourself at home.

  • Guests will have keyless entry with our remote access smart lock with keypad entry and/or smartphone app entry.

 

  • Guests will be provided with a key, key fob, access card and/or parking pass to freely enter and exit the communities, parking garages and amenities throughout the communities.

 

  • Guests will have access to a queen size air bed or twin-size roll-away bed for additional guests upon advance request (additional cost will apply).
